There are atleast a thousand things to do in Fort Lauderdale, like the Riverwalk, along with the shopping that has a spectrum from high end fashion to bargain finds. Folks fly from all over to scuba dive off our Ft. Lauderdale shores. The night life and entertainment is endless. There are restaurants and dining for every craving. You will love the view at Casablanca Cafe. And places like 15th Street Fisheries is a definite don’t miss.
Fort Lauderdale Has More Than 60 Distinct Neighborhoods
Fort Lauderdale has an official program for designating and recognizing neighborhoods. Victoria Park is one of Ft. Lauderdales true Floridian communities. And Sunrise is doing something fantastic for it’s buyers right now. Under the Neighborhood Organization Recognition Program,more than 60 distinct neighborhoods have received official recognition from the city. An additional 25–30 neighborhoods exist without official recognition, although the city’s neighborhood map displays them as well. There are also many investment opportunities in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. And surrounding neighboring cities, such as Lauderdale By The Sea, has alot to offer as well.
