One of Aesop’s Fables is being featured in an updated live musical in Broward County Florida. With seven original songs, this show is about friendship, even if someone is different than you, they are a true treasure. It’s a lesson in diversity and includes audience participation. The world “Famouse” singing duo, City Mouse and Country Mouse, tell the story of their adventure in search of a treasure. This performance is an enjoyable interactive experience for family members of all ages.
The Atlantic Coast Theatre (ACT) for Youth is dedicated to bringing the art of theatre in Broward County through high-quality performances to children and families. Each production is performed by highly skilled and dedicated professional actors. ACT believes in the amazing imaginations of children. Their mission is to create performances, workshops, and educational programs that inspire and encourage discussion. By making a difference in the lives of children, ACT for Youth seeks to impact the future of the world.
This performance is part of the Center’s 2012 Family Performing Arts Season.
Adults: $5 non-member Youth (12 and under): $3 non-member Members: Free
Tickets may be purchased at the box office 45 minutes prior to showtime. All seats are general admission.
Location: Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center, US-1 and Monroe Street (1770 Monroe Street).
