In the city of Parkland Florida there are huge mansions of several thousands of square feet and there are quaint townhomes and villas on the lake for sale. Many believe if you have a Parkland address, you have it all. For many years, Parkland was considered pasture country. Only where the cows and horsed lived. But all that has changed. It’s looked at as prestigious to have the 33067 zip code. And rightfully so. Some of the properties there now will take your breath away.
In the subdivision, Pine Tree Estates and the Ranches, the homes sit on several acres and they are out in the open for any passer buyers to see. then there are the gated communities like Foxridge and Meadowrun that are guarded and not just anybody can walk by and observe the beauty of the of these luxury homes. Parkland also has subdivisions of townhomes and villas just off Hillsboro Road that has dwellings in almost every price range. The price range will not stay this low for long because Parkland Florida is one of the cities in Broward County that the home prices are slowly edging their way up. Don’t blink. Or the house you had your eye on will soon be gone.
Parkland is one of the few cities where you will find horse owners riding along side you on one of the off roads from the main streets. It’s common to wake up to the sound of a rooster crowing and have to stop in the middle of the street to let peacocks cross. It is the true country in the city to many.
